Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. From time to time, Doctapet may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details to monitor the delivery status of your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. Doctapet will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share:

  • Clear photos of the package
  • The product received
  • The shipping label

This will help our team investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Doctapet offers Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected locations. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order when the courier arrives.
