Return Policy
At Doctapet, we offer a 7-day return window. This means you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request for your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. The product should be unused, unopened, with original tags (if applicable), and inside its original packaging, including the shipping label. When requesting a return, please also provide your Order ID along with the registered email address or contact number used during the purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please reach out to us at contact@doctapet.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, Doctapet will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Our logistics partner typically attempts the pickup within 24–48 hours. Kindly ensure the item is ready for collection to help us complete the process smoothly.
Please note that returns sent without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We recommend checking your order immediately after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share clear photos of the product along with the shipping label. Our team will review the details and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:
- Pet supplements that have been opened or used
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Perishable goods
- Customized or special-order items
- Final sale items or gift cards
As pet supplements are consumable products, they are not eligible for return once delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest option is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product and notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds cannot be processed to the original payment method. Instead, they will be issued through bank transfer or UPI. Customers may be asked to provide their bank details or UPI ID to complete the refund process.
